THE SAFETY OF OUR GUEST’S AND STAFF ARE OUR TOP PRIORITY.
A new 20-step protocol that is currently being introduced to our lodge. New cleaning and disinfection procedures, increased attention to safety in communal spaces, protective equipment, and updated training for team members are included in the new protocols. All direct bookings require the following deposits in order to secure a booking:
FIT BOOKINGS
Days prior to arrival 0-30 Deposits 100% Cancellation fees 75%
Days prior to arrival 30-90 Deposits 25% Cancellation fees 25%
Days prior to arrival 90-365 Deposits 10% Cancellation fees 10%
Days prior to arrival 365+ Deposits 5% Cancellation fees 5%
GROUP BOOKINGS
Days prior to arrival 0-30 Deposits 100% Cancellation fees 90%
Days prior to arrival 31-365 Deposits 20% Cancellation fees 20%
Cancellation fees applicable as a % equal to the accommodation value, will be levied if a confirmed booking is cancelled within the above time frames.
All deposits are non-refundable.
CHILDREN: Children under the age of 12 years are welcome at Black Rhino Game Reserve. All children under
the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during game drives. Children under 12 are permitted on safari at the sole discretion of the manager or guide. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on safari, and where possible, a kiddie’s safari will be arranged between normal safari times. Babysitting can be arranged at the lodge at an additional charge.
The lodge reserves the right to restrict one-night weekend or peak period bookings.
