BAR – The Houghton Hotel makes use of dynamic rates (best available rates) from time to time. Should you or your client see an internet rate lower than your quoted rate, The Houghton Hotel will honour the internet rate and will offer a 20% discount on the rate.

Cancellation policy for reservations for 1 to 9 rooms:

Full payment is due 30 days prior to the guests arrival.
Bookings cancelled 21 to 15 plus days prior to arrival will incur a 25% cancellation fee of total booking value.
Bookings cancelled 14 to 11 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee of total booking value.
Bookings cancelled 10 to 8 days prior to arrival will incur a 75% cancellation fee of total booking value.
Bookings cancelled 7 to 0 days prior to arrival will incur a 90% cancellation fee of total booking value.

Cancellation policy for reservations for 10 or more rooms:

Full payment is due 60 days prior to the guests arrival.
Bookings cancelled 40 to 31 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee of total booking value.
Bookings cancelled 30 to 21 days prior to arrival will incur a 75% cancellation fee of total booking value.
Bookings cancelled 20 to 0 days prior to arrival will incur a 90% cancellation fee of total booking value.

The hotel reserves the right to restrict one-night weekend or peak period bookings.
