Each of The Blue Trains has two lounges: the elegant lounge car, serving high tea every afternoon, is resplendent with original works of South African art adorning the walls, plush and comfortable couches and bouquets of flame lilies; the club car offers a relaxed atmosphere of a gentlemens club and provides the only public area available for smoking.
A camera mounted on the front of both trains provides you with a unique drivers-eye-view of the scenery ahead. The unfolding journey is shown on a TV screen in the club car as well as on one of the TV channels allowing you a private viewing from the comfort of your own suite.
