*All 2022 Peak Season deposits will qualify to be rolled forward for a period of 12 months – wi thout cancellation fees being applied – if access into Kenya by means of international flights is reasonably deemed by Samburu Elephant Lodge to be materially disrupted or includes such imposing restrictions (like a mandatory 14 day quarantine ) to make it impractical

• 100% cancellation fees will be charged on bookings cancelled within 45 days prior to travel
Peak season:
• 30% cancellation fee will be charged on bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to travel
• 100% cancellation fees will be charged on bookings cancelled within 60 days prior to travel

• Bookings will be held for 30 days prior to confirmation

• Bookings will be held for 14 days prior to confirmation

• At Samburu Elephant Lodge early check-in and late check-out subject to availability
• Cloakroom with shower available for guests with late departures from Samburu Elephant Lodge
• A minimum of a three-night stay is required between 23 December 2022 and 8 January 2023

By placing a booking for travel during this period, the Tour Operator shall be deemed to have accepted the above mentioned Terms & Conditions for that booking, including any changes from the contracted agreement between the Tour Operator and Samburu Elephant Lodge, such changes being at the discretion of Samburu Elephant Lodge from time to time.
