InventTour - Olduvai Camp

Set within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, near the historic Olduvai Gorge, this camp offers a distinctive bush experience in the heart of one of Africa’s most remarkable landscapes, positioned between the Ngorongoro Crater and the sweeping Serengeti plains. Unlike in national parks, wildlife and the Maasai people have shared this vast 8,500 km² wilderness for centuries. Built around a striking granite kopje rising above the plains, the camp’s 17 thatched safari tents and main areas — including a restaurant, bar, and terraces — blend seamlessly into the surroundings while offering superb views over the savannah. Each spacious tent sits on a raised stone terrace and features a private viewing deck, large bedroom, dressing area, and en-suite bathroom with flush toilet, wash basin, and shower with 24-hour hot water. The interiors, finished in earthy tones, are thoughtfully designed to create comfort while retaining an authentic safari atmosphere.
